Security is part of how Autobot360 ships industry modules. This overview covers the practices we apply across the platform and live products such as StayOS.
Application security
- HTTPS everywhere on public surfaces
- Authentication and authorization controls for product access
- Input validation and least-privilege data access in application code
- Dependency and patch hygiene as part of ongoing maintenance
Infrastructure
We host on modern cloud providers with isolation, backups, and regional availability options appropriate to each product. Production access is restricted to authorized operators.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should protect account credentials, configure staff roles carefully, and only upload data they are allowed to process. Report suspected account compromise immediately.
Vulnerability reporting
If you believe you found a security issue, email hello@autobot360.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please do not publicly disclose until we have had a reasonable chance to investigate and remediate.
