Services

Autobot360 provides industry-specific software modules and related marketing information. Some modules, such as StayOS for Hotel/PG, may be available at separate product domains and may have additional product-specific terms.

Accounts and access

If you create an account or request access to a module, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated or if security risk requires it.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Do not interfere with service integrity, rate limits, or security controls
• Do not reverse engineer products except where local law allows

Intellectual property

Autobot360 branding, software, designs, and content are owned by Autobot360 or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services as offered. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host and process it as needed to provide the services.

Third-party services

Products may integrate with third-party tools (for example messaging platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Autobot360 is not responsible for third-party outages or policies.

Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autobot360 and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website or services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or for operational reasons. Provisions that should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
